Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of Escrowr. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, process, or distribute content that:

  • Contains malware, viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
  • Includes cheats, exploits, or modifications designed to provide unfair advantages in games
  • Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Contains stolen, leaked, or unauthorized code from other developers
  • Violates the FiveM, RedM, or CFX.re Terms of Service
  • Is illegal under applicable law
  • Contains obscene, defamatory, or harassing material
  • Facilitates illegal activities including but not limited to fraud or money laundering

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission
  • Perform denial-of-service attacks or overload our infrastructure
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service
  • Falsify account information or impersonate others
  • Create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

CFX Portal Compliance

Escrowr uploads resources to the CFX Portal on your behalf. You must comply with all CFX.re policies including their Terms of Service. Content that would be rejected by the CFX Portal is also prohibited here.

Intellectual Property

You must have the legal right to all code and assets you upload. This includes:

  • Original code you wrote yourself
  • Code you have properly licensed from others
  • Open source code used in compliance with its license
  • Assets you created or have rights to use

Uploading stolen code, cracked scripts, or unauthorized copies will result in immediate termination.

Rate Limits and Fair Use

Each plan has usage limits. You agree to:

  • Stay within your plan's bandwidth and execution limits
  • Not artificially inflate usage or attempt to abuse free tiers
  • Not create excessive load on shared infrastructure
  • Upgrade your plan if your usage consistently exceeds limits

Security

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials secure
  • Not sharing your CFX Forum cookie with unauthorized parties
  • Promptly reporting any security incidents to support@escrowr.dev
  • Using strong, unique passwords

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to support@escrowr.dev. Include as much detail as possible to help us investigate.

Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Warning and request to remedy the violation
  • Temporary suspension of service
  • Permanent account termination
  • Reporting to law enforcement if required
  • Legal action for damages

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and take appropriate action at our discretion.

Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
