Terms of Service

By using Escrowr, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Service Description

Escrowr automates FiveM and RedM resource escrow by connecting your GitHub repositories to the CFX Portal. We monitor your repositories for commits and automatically upload resources to the CFX Portal for protection.

2. Account Requirements

To use Escrowr, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or meet your jurisdiction's minimum age)
  • Provide accurate and complete account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Have authorization to connect the GitHub repositories you add
  • Have a valid CFX Forum account in good standing
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Escrowr in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must NOT:

  • Upload content that violates CFX Portal or FiveM/RedM terms
  • Distribute malware, cheats, exploits, or malicious code
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Circumvent service access controls or usage limits
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the service

4. Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to your source code and resources. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Access your GitHub repositories as authorized
  • Process and temporarily store your code for CFX Portal uploads
  • Display build status and metadata in the dashboard

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Third-Party Services

Escrowr integrates with third-party services:

  • GitHub - Repository hosting and authentication
  • CFX Portal - Resource escrow and protection
  • Stripe - Payment processing
  • Trigger.dev - Background job execution

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

6. Subscription and Billing

Free Tier: Available with usage limits. No payment required.

Paid Plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a service issue, contact support within 7 days for consideration.

Price Changes: We will provide 30 days notice before any pricing changes take effect.

Usage Limits: Exceeding plan limits may result in service restrictions until the next billing period or plan upgrade.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will attempt to provide advance notice)
  • Technical issues or infrastructure problems
  • Third-party service disruptions (GitHub, CFX Portal, etc.)
  • Force majeure events

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Escrowr, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay. We will attempt to provide notice except in cases of severe violations.

Upon termination, resources already uploaded to CFX Portal remain on the Portal and are subject to CFX's terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
